Cajun Blackening spice blend
Traditionally dry roasted and blended by hand.
Flavour/Aroma – Highly spiced, strong chilli and herbal notes.
Culinary Uses: Coat meat/fish in melted butter, then rub blend in generously. Place in a very hot frying pan, pour about 1tsp of butter on upside whilst cooking. Fry for a few minutes each side until cooked.
