Flavour/Aroma – Fierce heat with lemony coriander and mint notes.
Culinary Uses: Traditional North African condiment & dip: with a big kick! Simply mix 2 to 4 teaspoons with 2 crushed garlic cloves and 20ml olive oil. Serves 4.
