Horseradish sticks now available – 
Recipe from Chef Dave!
1 x Stick of Horseradish
2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
1 Tesaspoon Mustard Powder (level)
1/2 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
1 Teaspoon White Sugar
1 Tablespoon Water
1. Finely chop the horseradish
2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor until a pulp is formed
3. Transfer to a jar or air tight container – keep refigerated.
