Zahtar Spice Blend
Traditionally dry-roasted and blended by hand.
Flavour/Aroma – Citrus flavour with thyme notes.
Culinary Uses: Great sprinkled on vegetables and meatballs. Traditional Middle Eastern starter – simply mix with olive oil and eat with bread. Also coat a chicken with Zahtar & Olive Oil mix and roast.
All weights are approximate and supplied weight will be as close to the stated weight as possible.
